HEALTHY TRAVEL TIPS
Most of us find it difficult to stay healthy when we travel and once the holiday is over, we feel like we need to start at the gym all over again. Of course, everyone wants to enjoy while on holiday, eat drink and be merry and we can do all of that too. But i have found that being mindful and just taking care of a few factors can go a long way in making a trip healthy and fun.
The tips i have listed are easy and practical. You might come up with your own healthy travel tips too coz no one knows our body better that our own selves. Therefore, i always say, ‘listen to your body, ‘love yourself’ and LIVE LOVE EXPLORE.
